Over the years we have observed that where problems arise on a construction project, is frequently due to lack of on site supervision.

Therefore our company employs professional office and site staff and the role of the professional in visiting the site and observing construction, is a factor in determining the cause of problems arising. Ultimately this method of monitoring our contracts acts as a preventative measure and assures that our contracts are run successfully and professionally.

Our way of thinking is that where there has been careful site administration by ourselves and our site staff, there has been either a reduced amount of on site problems or a timely resolution of any issues that do arise.
