Every development has the potential to transform the lives of those that use or live in the building and those that work or live around it. With that in mind the processes of design is critical and time consuming. </p> <p align="justify">We at Knapman & Sons employ the most experience architects and surveyors to reach the goal of construction of a building that not only serves its purpose but enriches the lives of those that use or surround the property.</p> <p align="justify"><a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-89daa8HwX3E/U-yraAU6saI/AAAAAAAAAXg/dCQhUvZnSRE/s1600-h/photo%2525203%25255B6%25255D.jpg"><img style="display: inline" title="photo 3" alt="photo 3" src="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-emWWFOZlwbE/U-yra-1l-xI/AAAAAAAAAXk/TdISVdTIhhM/photo%2525203_thumb%25255B4%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="445" height="340" /></a></p> <p align="justify">That stage of design is now complete on our Monsoon Road project, as is the setting out and foundation work. It should also include an assessment of how intellectual property is captured and protected by the relevant company or business. </p> <p align="justify">Typically, IP due diligence is carried out by a prospective purchaser in relation to the IP assets of the target company or business.  However, IP due diligence can also be carried out by a company on its own IP assets in preparation for a transaction, such as a business sale or a major licensing deal and that is exactly what many of our clients employ us to do with regard to their current housing stock.</p> <p align="justify">London & Quadrant have employed Knapman & Sons to undertake the surveys over the last 20 months and therefore have complete records of each unit within the Apollo Court complex with regard to the property maintenance. This is invaluable information for the client and the purchaser when the property units become available for sale on the open market.</p> <p align="justify">If you require more information on this service please contact us at our office and we would be please to meet with you to discuss your requirements.</p> <p><a href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-dA2n5V0gMss/U-ydN0z1oqI/AAAAAAAAAW4/VucKWanHd7c/s1600-h/303.jpg"><img style="background-image: none; border-right-width: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px" title="303" border="0" alt="303" src="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-9ymCe1Qekhw/U-yc3pmLvFI/AAAAAAAAAW8/vvjCcsf9NjM/303_thumb.jpg?imgmax=800" width="207" height="182" /></a>      <a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-R1bVTMGvuKY/U-yc4GIvcUI/AAAAAAAAAXI/Kn0_WGTGpcs/s1600-h/302.jpg"><img style="background-image: none; border-right-width: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px" title="302" border="0" alt="302" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-zbcH_bk4rpc/U-yc4pd96xI/AAAAAAAAAXQ/flvyLUd9ShU/302_thumb.jpg?imgmax=800" width="211" height="180" /></a></p> markhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02468531282870474455noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8812522718917999643.post-17351119295178856752014-07-21T13:28:00.001+01:002014-07-22T11:22:42.098+01:00New Design & Build Contract Partnered With Regal Green Homes<p> Knapman Ltd has recently partnered with Regal Green Homes for their first design and build contract together. The project is to be one of many to be built under the partnership.</p> <p>Knapman Ltd has presented Regal Green Homes with an excellent design and their first class service by employing teams of trained people with exceptional communication skills that continuously organise and manage their operatives, sub contractors, suppliers and deliveries very carefully and meticulously as to not delay the contract and completion date, and also to ensure there is as little disruption as possible to the local area and residents.</p> <p>Steve Bell, Project Manager at Knapman Ltd, says “So far, we are on schedule to complete the works on time and within budget. I can’t wait to see the finished product!”</p> <p>The flats are set back from Monson Road in Redhill, Surrey and are due to go on sale in the near future.</p> <p><a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-nhOPqpwgacg/U847bSZ3z4I/AAAAAAAAAVs/COyDdb2HH50/s1600-h/Monsoon%252520Road%25255B5%25255D.jpg"><img title="Monsoon Road" style="border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-bottom: 0px; float: none; margin-left: auto; border-left: 0px; display: block; margin-right: auto" border="0" alt="Monsoon Road" src="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-LrM1BKbAe1A/U847bxbc5KI/AAAAAAAAAV0/hOfJEu74icI/Monsoon%252520Road_thumb%25255B3%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="366" height="211" /></a></p> markhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02468531282870474455noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8812522718917999643.post-2062103386445660032013-11-14T11:08:00.001+00:002013-11-14T11:08:22.697+00:00Inspire Community Trust, Case File<p><a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-0tmUqiNBKsw/UoSvGXm5FPI/AAAAAAAAAUY/BC_D7S5f_ys/s1600-h/inspire%252520blog%2525201%25255B6%25255D.jpg"><img style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; border-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px" title="inspire blog 1" border="0" alt="inspire blog 1" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-cM7SKGPgKGI/UoSvGy0sq3I/AAAAAAAAAUg/FW5fTEBcewY/inspire%252520blog%2525201_thumb%25255B4%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="458" height="670" /></a><a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-RXKXAfe6IeU/UoSvHmaIZgI/AAAAAAAAAUo/c2ugIhR0adI/s1600-h/inspire%252520blog%2525202%25255B8%25255D.jpg"><img style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; border-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px" title="inspire blog 2" border="0" alt="inspire blog 2" src="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-ftOPksYXl70/UoSvIKlQhoI/AAAAAAAAAUw/N4FXVtNT7L4/inspire%252520blog%2525202_thumb%25255B6%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="477" height="692" /></a><a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-6rOruoof1KA/UoSvIxIrFGI/AAAAAAAAAU4/dXlkUcBAdqI/s1600-h/inspire%252520blog%2525203%25255B8%25255D.jpg"><img style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; border-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px" title="inspire blog 3" border="0" alt="inspire blog 3" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-8I42Gz5_nOg/UoSvJT_CdmI/AAAAAAAAAU8/7632Zwt7KUI/inspire%252520blog%2525203_thumb%25255B6%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="496" height="730" /></a></p> markhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02468531282870474455noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8812522718917999643.post-73289742761990761952013-04-10T13:04:00.001+01:002013-04-10T13:04:40.197+01:00Construction’s Most Famous Photo<h4> </h4> <p><a href="http://www.theconstructionindex.co.uk/public/assets/news/2011/10/1318229712_lunch-1.jpg"><img style="display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto" alt="2011 version" src="http://www.theconstructionindex.co.uk/public/img-cache/270x180_1318229712_lunch-1.jpg" width="317" height="193" /></a> </p> <p>Construction’s most famous photo has been re-taken in London. Only suppliers and contractors that can attain and maintain these high standards will gain admission to the approved <b>exor</b> supplier database.</p> <p align="justify">John Kinge, Technical Director of <b>exor</b> said, “Organisations need to be able to ensure that their supply partners are reliable, financially stable and compliant with all relevant legislation. A third party accreditation scheme can be an efficient way in which to manage complex compliance issues such as these. </p> <p align="justify">With robust supplier management in place, the company at the top of the supply chain will have the confidence they need to outsource vital services, which removes the hassle of verification and gives piece of mind that they are adhering to regulation and industry best practice.” </p> <p align="justify">Accreditation is a process in which certification of competency, viability and compliance with legal requirements and current codes of practice is presented. </p> <p align="justify">The <b>exor</b> accreditation scheme assesses, reviews and audits suppliers’ procedures and documentation; suppliers can then be included on a database which demonstrates they have met the highest standards in the market place in procurement risk management. </p> <p align="justify"><b></b></p> <p align="justify">For further information about the <b>exor</b> scheme, contact:</p> <p align="justify">Tammy James</p> <p align="justify">Campaign Manager</p> <p align="justify">e<a name="_GoBack"></a>xor.marketing@exorms.co.uk</p> <p align="justify">029 2026 6750</p> markhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02468531282870474455noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8812522718917999643.post-88809526105210075122013-02-22T16:08:00.000+00:002013-02-22T16:08:00.849+00:00Constructionline<p align="justify">Knapman & Sons (Builders) Ltd have recently had their annual assessment by <a href="http://www.constructionline.co.uk/static/index.html">Constructionline</a> and of course passed with flying colours. </p> <p align="justify">Constructionline is the UK's largest register for pre-qualified contractors and consultants. The abnormal nerve rootlets are selectively and then cut, leaving the normal rootlets intact. </p> <p>The results are permanent and when combined with an intensive physiotherapy post-op programme and for some children additional orthopaedic surgery to lengthen muscles, can result in life-changing mobility improvements. </p> <p>For children who can already walk, this can result in independent walking without an assistive device.
