Knapman & Sons continues surveys for London & Quadrant

Knapman & Sons continues with its due diligence surveys for London & Quadrant at Apollo Court London.

Due diligence is essentially an audit to assess the quality of intellectual property assets owned by, or licensed to, a company, business or individual. It should also include an assessment of how intellectual property is captured and protected by the relevant company or business.

Typically, IP due diligence is carried out by a prospective purchaser in relation to the IP assets of the target company or business.  However, IP due diligence can also be carried out by a company on its own IP assets in preparation for a transaction, such as a business sale or a major licensing deal and that is exactly what many of our clients employ us to do with regard to their current housing stock.

London & Quadrant have employed Knapman & Sons to undertake the surveys over the last 20 months and therefore have complete records of each unit within the Apollo Court complex with regard to the property maintenance. This is invaluable information for the client and the purchaser when the property units become available for sale on the open market.

New Design & Build Contract Partnered With Regal Green Homes

Knapman Ltd has recently partnered with Regal Green Homes for their first design and build contract together. The contract, which is to design and build 6 flats, began in May 2014 and is scheduled to run for 9 months. The project is to be one of many to be built under the partnership.

Knapman Ltd has presented Regal Green Homes with an excellent design and their first class service by employing teams of trained people with exceptional communication skills that continuously organise and manage their operatives, sub contractors, suppliers and deliveries very carefully and meticulously as to not delay the contract and completion date, and also to ensure there is as little disruption as possible to the local area and residents.

Steve Bell, Project Manager at Knapman Ltd, says “So far, we are on schedule to complete the works on time and within budget. I can’t wait to see the finished product!”

The flats are set back from Monson Road in Redhill, Surrey and are due to go on sale in the near future.
